Ants, Spiderwebs and a Rock-hard bed
Aside from the unkept lawn with weeds thigh high, the place looked really cute upon entry. However, as soon as we started moving around inside, we realized there were issues. I read a review about the bed being bad, but the reply was that they would have their "local operations manager" look into the issue, so we decided to give it a try anyway. Clearly, they didn't care enough about the review or issue to fix it. The downstairs bed was rock hard and squeaked with the slightest movement. The bed upstairs was better, but no matter how low we put the air conditioning, it was terribly hot upstairs. We checked the vent to see why the air would not get cold and the vent filter looked like it had not been changed in MONTHS. We also woke up in the morning to discover our breakfast was ruined with ants all in it. There were ants all over the countertops and ants in the microwave as well. They did ask about the loss of food, having to buy replacement food, etc, but all we received in the end was an apology for our inconvenience and another line about "passing along the information to the local operations manager". Save your money, skip this one.

This was a very relaxing stay. The property is very beautiful and quiet. There are trails close that we were able to hike. The scenery in the back yard was nice to walk out and see any time of the day. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to stay in the beautiful home/property. There were a lot of deer that just walked around the houses. It was pretty awesome to see. It was good get away.
