Superb 4-star 2-room ground floor apartment with terrace & large pool

A superbly presented 42m2 ground floor apartment facing the swimming pool offering first class (4-star - official rating by local tourist office) facilities for up to four people in a quiet but well located part of the popular Cote d'Azur. Ideal for families with children (cot for young child provided).

Exterior facilities include: private terrace (additional 15m2) - large swimming pool - boules area - well kept communal gardens - underground parking.

Accommodation comprises: large reception room (with double luxury sofa bed) and double doors leading to the terrace - double bedroom with double doors also leading to the terrace - fully fitted kitchen including electric cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dish washer (a washing machine & tumble dryer also provided) - bathroom with power shower, separate WC - WIFI, TV, DVD, radio, Bluetooth player - excellent storage facilities.

Car is useful but not necessary: Whilst a car is useful for exploring the interior of the Cote d'Azur & Provence, when we visit we fly there and then rent a car but only for a few days. This provides for more relaxed travel and is less expensive when travelling from the UK. A car is not required for the beach, marina, local restaurants etc and there is a good train service along the coast from La Napoule to Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Monaco and other attractions such as Eze in between. There is a boat service from Cannes to St Tropez (faster than by road). For those wanting their own car without a long drive there is a car-train service to St Rafael only 30 mins drive away.

WE CALLED THE POLICE, TERRIBLE MANAGER! !!!
1. The location of the unit is not good because it’s close to the swimming pool and people would make a lot of noise. 2. The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! There's also a railway line a bit further away which we could here the trains passing by, especially at night. 3. The WORST part about this apartment was the smell which was very unpleasant. It came from the carpark but would travel to the stairs, lifts, and also the hallway and because this apartment is on the ground floor, everytime we opened the door the aweful odour would come inside! 4. The boiler room, i think, was located right next to the unit which we were staying in and every 3 minutes it would make a sound which was unbearable. We could hardly sleep at night! There is also no insulation. We Could hear other toilets being flushed. 5. The manager (Sally) was also rude from the first phone call. She was unpleasant to deal with and also made a few sarcastic remarks. She's obnoxious and arrogant. 6. Lastly the caretaker started arguing & insulting me about my dog and then he grabbed my neck and pushed me towards the wall, which my family then stopped him from attacking me any further, which in the process hurt my sister's arm as well. I then called the police and filed a complaint against him. After this incident the manager called and said we had to vacate the premises!!! She said that it wasn't because of this incident at all, but it was because of the complaints she had received from other tenants about my dog whining. If it was because of that, she would've asked us to leave earlier not right after this incident. She hadn't even listened to our side of the story and listened to the caretaker and tried to throw us out!!! She is so worried about being able to earn a commission from future tenants that if there are any complaints she will try to throw you out. Afterwards she said i have to respect HIM! TERRIBLE MANAGER!

Great for two tight for four. Property was fine but could be so much better with a little TLC. Patio tiles were dangerously loose. blind was difficult to operate. kitchen so small no preparation area. Toilet temperamental. Shutters did not work. That said it did the job, location great. good holiday.

A lovely apartment! Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment! 20 mins walk to the port and beach and only 5 mins to the supermarket ! The apartment was clean and well appointed and Mike the owner responded quickly to questions leading up to our stay. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends and hope to stay again in the near future! Annie

Séjour à Mandelieu résidence « les Greens »
Nous avons loué cet appartemen ma femme , mon bébé de 17 mois , le chien et moi du dimanche au jeudi . Au dernier moment nous avons du changer les dates car au départ c’était du lundi au samedi . Tout s’est très bien passé . La personne n’était pas là pour nous accueillir mais elle nous a envoyé des vidéos pour que nous puissions accéder facilement à l’appartement . C’était très bien . Points positifs : résidence très calme et sécurisée, espace extérieur pour les chiens et leurs besoins , parties communes très propres , garage souterrain, piscine , espaces verts . Proche du centre commercial (3mn à pieds) Points négatifs : le lit de 1m40 sur 2m est une catastrophe ! la propreté laisse à désirer quand on sait qu’à la fin du séjour on osera nous demander 60 euros pour le ménage c’est une blague !!!! J’ai moi même nettoyé l’appartement ainsi que la terrasse donc les 60 euros pour moi c’est du vol mais bon …de plus nous demander 40 euros en plus pour 2 serviettes de bain et des draps sales c’est pas normal , le lit parapluie pour bébé devrait directement allé à la poubelle ( j’ai du dormir donc dans le salon ) . Nous avons également passé un jours de moins dans l’appartement et aucun geste commercial . À part ça nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour , ce n’est pas un taudis loin de là . Juste 2,3points surtout d’ordre pecuniers qui nous ont déplus . Nous n’y retournerons pas . Ps : je ne veux pas de réponses des propriétaires ( bla bla bla ) merci

Tolle Wohnung, toller Urlaub
Die Wohnung und die Anlage waren für uns super. Zu viert mit Hund ist es ein bisschen eng, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, vor allem der Pool ist super für die Kinder. In 5 min ist man beim Supermarkt, auch zum Strand ist es machbar zu laufen mit Kindern. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber super ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt.wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Notre séjour a Mandelieu s'est très bien passé dans cet appartement ou il ne manquait rien, très confortable et cosy. La terrasse est tres agréable, bien ensoleillée. Le tout au calme. Le garage en sous-sol. Les commerces a côté et proche de la mer. Tout etait parfait. Nous reviendrons ! Un grand merci pour l'acceuil

Belle détente
Très bon contact avec Sally, très disponible et accueil cordiale. Equipement : Pas apprécié le sur-matelas, mal au dos et pas fonctionnelle pour le drap housse (prévoir un bonnet de 32 cm) Effectivement un des canapés est un peu mou mais pour un court séjour de 2 personnes pas gênant. La barre du rideau de douche ne tient pas bien, tombe pendant la douche. Ustensiles de cuisine adaptés. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et y déjeuner 2 jours. Parking pratique. Belle résidence et calme en cette saison (novembre). Bien que le temps était agréable, les soirées étaient un peu cru dans l'appartement et pas encore de chauffage. Proche de plusieurs sites de ballade, mais la voiture est nécessaire. Nous reviendrons.

Die Managerin Sally hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir Spät angekommen hat sie uns die Wohnung gezeigt und auch gesagt wo wir Einkaufzentrum finden kann, die Backerei oder dem Strand. Es war ein angenehmer Urlaub.

Propriété très bien entretenue ainsi que l'appartement. Terrasse/rez de jardin très agréable pour repas à l'extérieur. Appartement à 350m de l'hypermarché Géant/Casino avec galerie tous commerces. Restaurant fruits de mer, grande boulangerie patisserie, sandwicherie, pompe à essence juste devant très agréables. Près du centre ville, du golf et de la mer et restaurants du front de mer. Proche de Cannes, Mougins, Golf-Juan, Juan les Pins, etc, accès rapide par la A8. Tout très agréable.
