Family room was amazing with access to the balcony and has an amzing view of the mountain. You can hear footsteps from the hallway and next door room but it's not a deal breaker. Online check in is amazing!

Decent sized room and bathroom, nice view from the room at the front of the hotel. Good location and an easy walk into Canmore and shops. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Shame there was no lounge area to relax in. Limited storage in the room for 4 people (would be fine for 2).
