The complex features the largest outdoor swimming pool in Canmore, giant hot tub, and a beautiful inner courtyard. You are within a 10 minute walk to Canmore town centre and a 15 minute drive to Banff.

POOL & HOT TUB
Largest heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are open from 8am till 10pm. There is a very spacious inner courtyard, with shared BBQ's.

KITCHEN
You enter a dining area with a fully equipped open concept kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, quality cooking basics, tea and coffee.

DINING AREA
Adjacent there is a dining area with a table seating for 4, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

LIVING ROOM
For your relaxation and entertainment, there is a comfy living area featuring a stone-faced fireplace and a large TV with Shaw cable, board games, books, and kids toys as well.

PATIO
There is a second entrance in the living room that opens unto a semi-private patio with two lounging chairs. The patio is steps away from the gated swimming pool and overlooks inner courtyard.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, attached en-suite bathroom, TV and a partial mountain view. Separated by a long hallway is the guest bedroom with two double-beds, and a full bathroom right outside the door in the hallway. Vaulted ceilings add space to both bedrooms.
