Ubicación excelente si se quiere acceder a Grandvalira por el telecabina de Canillo. Edificio moderno. Apartamento aceptable aunque el sofá estaba algo roto (pero el de mantenimiento lo arreglo) y un radiador no funcionaba (nos dieron un calefactor). El mayor problema fue el exceso de calefacción, ya que no conseguimos que la temperatura bajará de 27 C, salvo abriendo ventanas. La plaza de aparcamiento muy justa, pero tuve suerte que no había nadie en la contigua.

30 minutes pour trouver la réception a une autre adresse ,40 minutes parce que la.personne a l accueil ne nous retrouvait pas,15 minutes pour passer la caution,confort et equipement minimaliste,habitué de l andorre bien mieux au même prix,passez votre chemin

buenos apartamentos. mala logistica para llaves
los apartamentos estan practicamente casi nuevos, bien equipados y la calefacción y el agua caliente funcionan perfectamente. Cosa que se agradece en estas altitudes en invierno. encuentras las sabanas, toallas todo limpio precintado con plástico. Realmente estan más que correctos. el inconveniente que tienen es que la central donde debe irse a recoger las llaves esta a 8 km del lugar de los apartamentos y se requiere ir a buscar las llaves dentro de un horario y devolverlas a las 10 de la mañana, que considero que es muy pronto y deberín dejar de margen hasta las 11 o las 12 de la mañana

El apartamento muy bien, pero la recepción fatal, las llaves estan a cuatro kilometros de distancia, sin que nadie te indique como llegar, y cuando llegas alli tampoco hay nadie. Durante la estancia no he visto absolutamente a nadie. Desastroso.

Recogida de llaves problemática
El apartamento está bien, es lo que esperábamos cuando lo contratamos, quitando que hay ciertas diferencias entre el inventario que te dan y lo que realmente hay en el apartamento, pero no es grave (algunas perchas de menos, algún vaso etc.). El mayor problema es la recogida de llaves, ya que hay que hacerlo en otro lugar distinto al apartamento, que está montaña arriba y aunque son 20 km aproximadamente, el cambio de clima es importante, de hecho tuvimos que poner cadenas para poder llegar al lugar de entrega de llaves y tardamos como 2 horas en recorrer el camino de ida y de retorno al pueblo del que partíamos. Tendría fácil solución, que es instalar una caja fuerte con las llaves del apartamento, como tenía otra casa de alquiler de apartamentos (Andorra4days) que tenía apartamentos de alquiler en la misma finca, esa simple gestión mejoraría mucho la experiencia del apartamento, ya que como digo esos 20 km para recoger y dejar las llaves en una carretera nevada y helada se hicieron complicados. Además quería destacar que desde Expedia deberían recalcar más la circunstancia de que las llaves hay que recogerlas en otro punto, en mi caso, lo sabía porque había visitado la web de la casa de apartamentos, pero aún así tuve que llamarles para saber la dirección exacta (ponerla no le costaría nada a Expedia) y otro día tuve que acompañar a unos lituanos que me encontré en el portal que habían reservado por Expedia también e iban perdidos sobre como conseguir las llaves.

Lindo apartamento, pésima atención
La verdad es que el departamento es hermoso, bien ubicado (frente al granvalira). Sin embargo no ofrece wifi, que en estos días es básico. Además la atención del personal deja bastante que desear. Yo no tenía auto (soy un estudiante) y el lugar donde se recibe la llave es a unos 4.5 km de canillo. Las instrucciones no son claras para hacer el check in. Te dan un número de teléfono que luego te te redirige a otro número de teléfono y finalmente te explican que debes ir a un lugar lejano de donde te encuentras. Una señora bastante maleducada me dio instrucciones sobre cómo tomar el auto bus para ir a su oficina. Quizá en el futuro haya wifi pero cuesta 4 euros por día. La limpieza del lugar es por su cuenta o sino tendrán un recargo de 40 euros y hay que dejar una garantía de 150 eur. La verdad todo un relajo.
