My stay at the Komu was exceptional! The service was very polite, accommodating, and nothing short of excellent. The space itself was minimal yet functional and gorgeous! The amenities, including the private pool was the highlight. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the Canggu area!

The staff is really friendly and amazing. Ambience is great. The room is beautiful, spacious and had great amenities - toiletries, water, coffee, hairdryer, robes which I did really appreciate. The room itself could have been cleaned better. Found a set of false eyelashes by the bathtub and it was still very dusty under the bed. There were also a lot of ants that kept migrating into my belongings despite me not having food in the room. Also, there is construction nearby so be prepared for that noise. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location were you have access to many restaurants and stores.

The Komi management surprised me by upgrading my room to a plunge pool studio suite!! It was huge! Even has an induction stove! Bed was comfy but I guess I still like watching free to watch tv channels rather than YouTube and Netflix. A concern for this suite is the toilet and shower as it’s raised platform, it may challenging for older folks, young children and even for adults who had to wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet or even after a shower. Thank you for the late check out and Thank you for your hospitality!

Staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room was very new and the interior was well designed. The western and Japenese restaurant are under construction, so do expect a bit of noise and dust during day time. Hope the staff will remember to water the indoor plant. The plant in the room was dehydrated and it seems like no one has water it for a very long time. We water the plant and clean the leaves, the plant looked revived.

The hotel is in a good location to explore Canggu and its beaches and has a lot of nightlife spots around it. Only downside is there is no sound proofing to the rooms ( we could hear everything from conversations in the hall, water running in other rooms and quiet noises like cats in the street) and it’s next to a busy walkway to a club where you can hear people all night and drums from the clubset till 4am, and the other side of the walkway is a large construction / demolition site which started to dig and drill from 9am. The quality of the rooms, beds and amenities is amazing, the AC works a dream and kept the room comfortable and the staff cannot do any more. Would recommend if you’re planning on being out later than 3am every night and are a heavy sleeper

We enjoyed our stay here. The employees were super friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade which was great. The room was comfortable and spacious with a huge balcony. Had a great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. We would stay again and the area was good. Some noise from local bars at night.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Komu. As a tourist I would say the hotel is located conveniently in one of the two main areas in Canggu. It is close to quite a few restaurants & bars and the beach & beach clubs are only a 15 min ride away. What really set the hotel apart was the service level & friendliness of the staff. They always had a smile on their face all times of the day and were always on hand to help or assist. The hotel app that you download upon arrival at the hotel is also super helpful in communicating with staff. On my last day at the hotel, I fell ill…the dreaded “bali belly” and the staff were helpful in getting me medical assistance and allowing me to check out late at no extra cost.

Beautiful hotel and staff, area is noisy though. First night we had the thumping music from the adjacent nightclub, second night we moved rooms but had constant banging noises from somewhere upstairs, followed by building works next door which started at 7:30am Sunday morning! The other minor issue was that hotel seems to be devoid of irons and ironing boards! Location was great, plenty of top eating spots nearby.
