The house is open, comfortable and spacious, so you can relax together on the large sofas or gather here to play cards or watch a good movie. You can also swing the wooden spoon together in the kitchen and have your meals on the covered terrace. Spend plenty of time outdoors and sunbathe on the high-quality garden furniture by the pool. Also jump into the water and cool off after long sunbaths. For further relaxation, you'll also find a Jacuzzi and for fun games, a private boules court.

The beautiful house is located near Canet Plage. Therefore, bring your bicycles or take a short walk to the magnificent, wide sandy beach, which offers true swimming pleasure. Dive into the waves of the Mediterranean and let them move you back and forth in the water. The region offers you numerous opportunities for sports activities. Go golfing, work out on a trim trail or plan cycling and hiking tours along the lakes of the coast. Also take a day trip to the city of Perpignan and explore the sights of the city.
