The apartment located in the heart of the village will allow you to access its restaurants and supermarkets and even move comfortably to Barcelona by public transport, as the train is located five minutes walk from the house.

ENVIRONMENT:

Very quiet and safe, centrally located. Next to the duplex are supermarkets, stores, the famous "chiringuitos" beach and a variety of restaurants in the same town with a very remarkable quality.
Endless promenade where you can make pleasant walks listening to the waves of the sea, or do sports activities (adapted bike path). Also, you can make several hiking trails through the mountains, starting the route from the same village and towards El Montnegre and Corredor. Supermarket: five minutes walking.

HOW TO GET AROUND:

Location: the house is located 40km. from the center of Barcelona, 50 minutes by train (Plaza Catalunya). The train station is a two minute walk from the house. A 45 minute drive from the wonderful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. Perfect location for sightseeing in the city as well as to enjoy the coast of Maresme and the Costa Brava.

War eine gute Wahl
Die Wohnung liegt nur zwei Fussminuten vom Strand entfernt und in wenigen Minuten ist man mitten im Ort. Die Wohnung ist im 2. und 3, Stock und ist mit Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Im 2. Stock findet sich ein Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Im 3. Stock dann 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad und 2 Dachterassen sowie ein kleienes Zimmer das nur einen Schrank und Stauraum enthält.

Sonnige Unterkunft in der Nähe des Strandes
Die Wohnung liegt 2 Fußminuten vom Strand und 4 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem eine direkte Zugverbindung nach Barcelona geht. Die beiden Dachterrassen bieten einem die Möglichkeit, Sonne oder Schatten zu suchen, je nachdem was man gerade benötigt. Restaurants und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in Fußentfernung. Wir wurden von der Verwaltung proaktiv vor der Ankunft kontaktiert um die Wohnungsübergabe zu besprechen, was auch geklappt hat. Einziger Abzug: der Garagenaufzug war defekt, so dass wir das Auto nicht im Haus sondern 5 Fußminuten entfernt parken mussten (wofür aber keine Kosten entstanden). Als einmal das WLAN nicht funktionierte hat die Verwaltung trotz später Stunde sofort geantwortet, am nächsten Tag vorbei geschaut und mit dem Provider telefoniert, der dann das Problem beheben konnte.
