Stay away from this property. The cabin and furniture were very old and no restored for a long time, one of the air conditioners did not work, there was a spider and mosquitos and we could hear our neighbours talking. The photos are misleading. We decided to leave the hotel at the moment we saw the cabin.

Um bom hotel
O hotel é antigo, mas bem conservado. Café da manhã simples, mas bom, produtos frescos. Funcionários gentis. Quarto confortável. Único problema que eu sugiro que seja resolvido é o ar condicionado que estava em curto, com uma luz forte piscando de forma intermitente atrapalhando o sono. Tive que cobrir o aparelho para poder dormir. No mais tudo tranquilo. Recomendo o hotel.

O hotel está super bem localizado. A área verde é imensa, tem até uma trilha dentro do hotel, linda por sinal. O atendimento é super cordial. Camas confortáveis. O café da manhã é um luxo, tudo gostoso, bastante variedade. Limpeza excelente. Usam energia solar e se preocupam com a manutenção do verde no hotel. Indo novamente à Canela, desejo me hospedar lá.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor
Acomodação ok, o quarto é limpo, mas a cama de casal na verdade são duas camas de solteiro. Os profissionais são gentis e educados, os pequenos problemas que tive foram solucionados. Só acho que o hotel poderia ter se preparado melhor para datas festivas, onde há lotação máxima. Neste ponto, ficou perceptível que o hotel não soube se organizar para isso. No café da manhã, tínhamos que ficar um bom tempo aguardando os alimentos serem recolocados. Durante os eventos do sunset, havia apenas 1 garçom disponível, a mesma pessoa anotava e entregava os pedidos. Fiquei aguardando mais de 1h por um drink e uma pequena porção de batatas. Pelo menos o hotel isentou a cobrança em função da demora. O local é agradável e calmo, mas pecou em alguns pontos.
