The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay at RIU. We felt extremely safe during our excursions and the property has transportation to and from all other RIU resorts in the area where you can attend the parties and enjoy their services and amenities as well. We will definitely returning. Also, the food 10/10, many options, great chefs and always fresh!

Would recommend this hotel . Not very large but rooms are clean and food is decent would stay here again . Beach and pools are very nice and service was excellent . The staff is very friend my Would not recommend the transportation through Expedia destination devices. Horrible and rude staff and extremely disorganized and unwilling to help . We had to wait almost two hours to get transferred to hotel and had to Uber back

The transportation was our biggest issue ...we paid for shuttle service and both ways we had to paid private taxi. On our departure we were in the lobby for over an 1 hr only to be told that our transportation left us. The guys who is responsible for this transition knew were waithing and in my opinion deliberately did not tell us bec he wanted us to miss our ride so he could use his friend as pri ate taxi and charge us $ 50 !!!...i felt were were victams of a scam. We were on our honeymoon and and we didnt feel special at all ...sometime the room was not ready ..it was defiantly not homeymoon ready.

I would definitely recommend this resort to others. The resort is beautiful & still new. The only thing I would change is better nightlife or a night club added. Other than that nothing needs to be changed!
