We always love staying here for a quick trip. We were waiting for family to get into town, while the hotel is okay it definitely needs more staff our wait to get check in was well over 45 mins. The elevator next to our room was broken.

Super overdated, cheap old furniture, rusted bathroom mirror, super inconvenient shower, no shower hat, staff doesn't speak English, weared people occupy who also run corridors very loud, screaming, laughing after midnight, loudly moving furniture in next door room, entrance to room door gets lock easily so that i couldn't exit room, too hot no a/c in corridors. Bed was ok.

They don’t let you check in early….the breakfast buffet was meh so we went out or ordered off the regular menu…..beautiful view from the 11th floor…..the room floors need to be mopped…..needs were firm….take your own was cloths or buy some as we did from the Walmart not too far from the hotel they gave us one and said they didn’t have anymore……close to the shopping malls and areas to eat Ubers are cheap getting around Cancun

The beach resort pass worked so much better than imagined. The hotel is very nice and clean a little older but modern furniture. Overall loved it easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff was always so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!

Very Nice Hotel with a Few Minor Limitations
Krystal Urban is a very nice, well-located hotel. It is very clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable. Pool is super large. The only things seriously lacking are a mini-fridge and different style coffee machine instead of just expresso. Also, there is no ice machine. You have to ask for ice. Staff is very friendly.

We made the mistake of not reading reviews before booking this for our HONEYMOON and only looking at the cute (but deceiving!!) photos on their website. We are writing this as we are sitting in another hotel we booked after a terrible night spent at Punta Blanca Beach House. We would not have paid another $900 at a different hotel if we thought we were able to endure the rest of our booking. We requested a refund but the hotel refused to take any responsibility for our experience there. Here are the reasons why we left and needed a refund: -Throughout the night water dripped on our foreheads from the AC unit that was directly above our heads. It also made our pillows wet and it made us have to lay in awkward positions to try and avoid the water dripping. -We could not sleep at all because of the lack of soundproofing in the walls. The windows cannot even close fully so the AC went out and the sounds came in. (The hotel later refused our refund request and said the AC was leaking because we left the doors open. We closed all doors except the windows that cannot be closed fully.) -There was a big stain right above us on the bed that looked really gross. (See photos) -There were small stains on the bed sheets and the towels also were not clean. (See photos) -We had to kill a cockroach. And we kept finding other bugs like spiders and such throughout our stay. We found them crawling into our bags and clothing. (See photo) -the curtains were see throug
