Hotel was great overall, very new, clean, food was excellent and staff were nice. Only downside for us was the other side of the hotel was not completed so a bit of construction noise and not as nice to look at. There was a bit of construction beside the beach club too. I'm sure once all construction are done this property will be even more amazing!

Room looked clean, but there was musty (sewer) smell in the room throughout our stay which we could not pinpoint to anything in particular. . The motion activated light is very annoying. If your partner needs to use the bathroom at night, that light automatically wakes the other person sleeping. . The closet doors to wardrope and the fridge block the pathway when open meaning another person cannot use that pathway when the other person is getting something from the closet/fridge...that pathway is very narrow. . The bed mattress and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. . The second shower (handheld) is too low for tall people. . Breakfast buffet was wonderful, but dinner food and service was gererally poor except at Oishii & Aglio. . Part of hotel is under construction, but even some parts of the finished look unfinished. The reality is different from online pictured and videos.

This is a new hotel and only half of it is finished but we did not mind the construction at all. I only noticed workers during the day, and could only hear construction noise during the day/ when we would walk near it. Never heard anything from our room at all. The food is pretty good with very large portions for the entrees. The staff were very attentive and nice, the property was new and well kept, and the entertainment was good. We were upgraded to vantage club upon our arrival which was nice but it didn’t really feel any different. The vantage club perks aren’t really worth it, as the only real perk is the use of their rooftop pool. However, they did not check at the door to the pool, so anyone could use it. It was super hard to find chairs and also not great if it’s windy. My main issue with this hotel is that the beach club was way more disappointing than I had expected. I knew going into this booking that the hotel was not beachfront, but I didn’t realize that the beach club would have such limited access to the beach. there have been large stones added to the very short portion of beach that is available. This makes it so that it is impossible to swim in the water, you can only really go and stand on the rocks. We only made it out to the beach club for one day, there was a DJ there, but there was no music playing. The food was okay, pretty limited options compared to the resort.

Overall great complex. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone! The food options were average and restaurants closed here and there. Plus the construction made it not a perfect trip. But we had a great time for our first time in Cancun!

Loved my time at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. We spent 6 days, and we enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel overall is a quiet one which allows for a good relaxing experience. They could do better with their food options.. there are a few restaurants to try but only Le Lys and the taco truck was top notch in my opinion. Also a wider range of activities would be nice. The staff also was great. Everyone so helpful and nice. This hotel was not on a beach but they shuttle you to a private beach club which is really nice as well. Overall, i loved it

First impressions are everything, and the drive up to the resort is an absolute moment! You take a long winding road off the main road that goes past the golf course, and the views are absolutely stunning! Can I say how incredibly kind the staff is!!! The hospitality at this resort is top notch. The decor in the room is beautifully appointed. The bathroom is serene with a nod to old Mexico charm with a concrete shower. The bed is super comfortable!!! And the room is very spacious. The resort is not located on a beach, because it's on the inside of the bay instead of the Caribbean sea. But they have a complimentary shuttle that goes to the private beach club Ennea. Which is something out of a magazine with nods to Tulum decor, it is gorgeous and so serene. All of the restaurants are really good, Oishi is the best with Mediterraneo being a close second. Overall it is a beautiful resort. They are still building the second tower, which honestly you never hear and couldn't tell, it doesn't interfere. I can't wait to come back once they finish the second tower. I know it will be even better then

Pros -VIP Access lounge -Private Beach Club -The restaurants: Dalia, International, Aglio -Large rooms with nice decor Cons/Areas of improvement -Ordered room service 2 hours before leaving and it never showed up -The VIP resort credit was in the form of coupons/discounts. At other locations the credit is like cash and can be used anywhere on the resort. Consider switching to that.

This was my first all inclusive resort experience and I had a great time. I really enjoyed the private beach club which only takes about 5 minutes through the hotel's shuttle. I liked the fact that it was adults only and it never felt too crowded besides the pools during the peak afternoon hours. Staff was very friendly and I recommend the vantage club option if it's not too expensive.
