The absolute worst place I have stayed in. Hot water stopped working the in the middle of our stay, the internet was useless, tv didn’t work, no microwave, they lied about their transportation, beds were so hard we all left with shoulder and back pain, you can hear everyone in their rooms.
Horrible experience. When we arrived at hotel there was only one person there and they guy would not take our reservation because it was online and he did not know how to use a computer. I insisted and showed him multiple times the reservation I had with Expedia. The only think I could do was pay again and then try to get reimbursed the next day when the manager would come. I paid again and was given my room. The hotel has no elevators so I had to go up 4 flights of stairs with my bags. As we went up the stairs we started noticing a really bad smell. We got to the room and the whole room smelled like stinky toilet water. We went to sleep and woke up super early to get out of there. Really bad experience. The pictures are nothing like the real thing.
This place was nasty. No hot water, very old and ugly
A lot of mosquitos and finally this place closed it down by health department. I have to look for another place at night when I came in.

Llegamos y no había reserva ,el hotel lleno después de tanto insistir y enseñar todas las pruebas de correos para tratar de pagar antes de llegar y ellos nos decían que no se podía hacer por tarjeta porno tener terminal de pago no quedó otra de llegar para pagar directo Gracias a esos correos nos buscaron 2 hab malas . A los 2 días nos sacaron del hotel tarde en la noche por decir que iban a cerrar y nos cobraron esa noche que no dormimos y devolvieron el resto la dueña nunca dio la cara fue una empleada
worst experience of my life. i had booked a stay weeks in advance. everything was set but then i arrived and they didn’t have a room for me supposedly. the attendant was very cold when explaining it. i was shocked. i had no clue what to do. i asked for their wifi password and took about two hours trying to get enough wifi to figure out what to do. trying to get a hold of expedia. which were so incredibly inefficient. the attendant told me they were overbooked and that i didn’t get a room because i didn’t pay in advance. then an hour later while trying to figure out my lodging a couple came in for check in. and was given a room immediately that also hadn’t paid in advance. i was never told about paying in advance. i booked on expedia and got a receipt but apparently it was never paid by expedia. never ever use these two services. awful. i don’t wish this experience on anyone. by the grace of god found a hotel right smack middle of town. like mom always says “buying cheap cost double.”
La habitación que nos tocó del hotel no tenía TV, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, (falta de mantenimiento), para el precio hay mejores opciones, no cuenta con elevador.
