The service was amazing. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was good, I would definitely recommend eating at the Italian restaurant and the taco truck. The drinks however were not strong, you could order double or triple shots but it seemed like they were just watered down. The hotel is beautiful and I really enjoyed that there was a private beach. There were a lot of families there, it's not really a party place. It was a little more challenging to get transportation because they don't allow uber to enter. They will order a taxi for you (which will be overpriced) or you can use one of the 3 apps they approve. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this property and I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is really nice. Overall my experience is good besides the restaurants in the hotel. I would say don’t go to sushi. It’s the worst restaurant. Sushi are horrible. Italian restaurant looks nice but tastes bad, nothing is really tasted like Italian. Panacota was horrible. Risotto was worse than horrible. Pizza was OK. I would recommend to go to the Mexican restaurant and Steakhouse though. Their food was delicious. Vela the international cuisine that is open all day long is good too. 🌸

I had a stay of 6 days in this hotel. There is reservation required for several of the main restaurants. Auma restaurant was excellent, La Luce was good , Maxal was one of my least favorites but they had a great tres leches cake the only unfortunate thing is that if you crave another slice of tres leches cake you can’t get any unless you make another reservation since it’s not available anywhere else. They also had a great ceviche by the beach but since the hotel occupancy went down they closed it All the beach chairs are up on a deck if you want to go to the beach you need to go down a several set of stairs. There are no palapas or beach chairs at the beach.. They only serve you drinks buy the beach no snacks. Reception area rude in two different occasions one incident happened to me and the other to my husband. Waiters and waitresses were nice. There is a smoke alarm in my room that flashes a bright green light all night long it would light up the ceiling and it was right above my bed. Location of my room was excellent.
