Everything good. If you are looking for a place with an ocean view and to relax this is the hotel. The beach beautiful. They have a bar at the beach you just need to relax.

Food is not good buffet is super small restaurants hours are open only on saturday and sunday and other open super late. Not many options at all. DJ roof top parties are a huge disappointment you have to wear headphones to listen to the music. Stuff dont bring you drinks while at pool like at other resorts.

This is a very well taken care facility. Due to my birthday, special accommodations were made to upgrade our room at no additional cost to us. Staff was awake early morning to maintain the pool area, making sure everything is ready for the day. The hotel is few steps away from a beautiful turquois water beach with white buttery feeling sand. Very friendly facility. Dining is wonderful as well, especially loved the Vela buffet, such variety of food. Had great experience! Thank you so much! Anna P.

First, the elevator near our room was out of service, forcing us to walk farther to reach a working one on the other side of the property. We spoke to the front desk and asked to be moved to a different location, but it took them hours to respond, and by then it was already bedtime. This was frustrating since we had notified them in the early afternoon. The buffet was disappointing, with a limited selection and flies everywhere. There was also no quiet spot by the pools due to constant activities and interruptions from the staff running them. The steakhouse was closed that week, so we missed out on trying it, and there weren't many other restaurant options.

Overall a very good, relaxing and comfortable journey with this hotel, people are very friendly and lady who helped us check-in and check out was amazing, I think her name is Alondra. Bell guy Santos was very helpful, he called ahead and booked a time to get our luggage out and arranged a taxi for us during checkout. Sandos the entertainment superstar made sure people are enjoying every event hotel organized. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 star to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Hilton.
