Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Everything from check in to check out was bad. We got in early, and waited in the beach, which is very small, for our room to check in at 3pm. At 4:30 it still wasn't ready, and the staff could not have been more rude, when I did nothing wrong. When we got into our room, we could only take one shower because the bathtub water would not go down, not to mention the water comes out like a fire hose, very uncomfortable. the next day we asked for our room to be cleaned which I had to call for 5 different times and they finally came to do it at 8 pm. On the beach they allow people to come and set towels down in the very limited seating area to "reserve" a spot, leaving families to wonder if someone is there or not. Because of this, I had people throw my stuff and my children's stuff on the sand, I also witness 3 women in a full fight over this. Didn't feel safe at all as there was only 1 security guard there. on the 3rd day we went to the cafe that sold coffee and had ice cream, as my kids wanted an ice cream. But because it was 7 pm, apparently they do not offer children ice cream at that hour, they literally told my kids no! When they came to refill the items in our mini fridge we asked if we could have an extra candy bar because we have 3 people in our group, to which we were told no again and he abruptly let our room. Ive never felt so bad on a vacation that I spent well over $3000 for 4 days. It was a horrible experience overall, the best thing to do is leave.
