Great place, beautiful, great service. Only problem 1 person didn't want change money from US to Mexican unless i showed passport. It would be waste of time going up and down elevator twice while im trying enjoy pool and give tips to bar or restaurants.

The upper management needs to re-evaluate how they direct their employees for the staff was just a bunch of drones / robots that really were not helpful and had no personality and fake friendliness. The food was always meh and mostly cold unless you had something made to order at the buffet. Rooms blead through noise where you can hear everything in other rooms and the hallway.

Good not great. I’m used to a certain level of accommodation with the luxury resorts we normally frequent. Took a chance on this one, a Master Suite, but not a luxury resort. Issues that bothered me: room wasn’t ready on time, had to wait over 2 hours. After 2 extra hours of “cleaning”, bed and pillows still stunk like sweat. Had to have them all swapped out. Patio door rattled with the wind. AC return vent rattled. Toilet had low water pressure, multiple flushes required for everything. Reservations required for “good” restaurants, but seating was limited and often, if you didn’t reserve a full day in advance, it could be a struggle. This took a day or two of learning curve and trying to eat the garbage at the buffet with 1000 people from both resorts to figure out a system that worked for us. All inclusive is NOT. Beach club lounge beds had to be reserved and were extra charge if available. Some food was extra charge also. As we learned the rules and spent a little extra money it was mostly OK, but if I book a Master Suite at an “all inclusive”, luxury or not, I expect a little more.

Terrible beach due to being so close to a lake. Full of sea weed.. too many commercial buildings and boats. If you are looking for a serene view, this is not a place for you.

The food in the restaurant specially at the buffet and the swimming area.the burgers where undercooked even the hotdogs where so nasty my son got sicks from the first day eating there not good. When missed your reservation you would have to pay to eat at the restaurant when it’s a all-inclusive resort. First time in my life i experienced something like this, normally they would have you wait and accommodate the person in other resorts. Besides this the room needs upgrades the toilet doesn’t flush well the mirrors on the room where dirty with dust and the pillows where not comfortable overall i would not be returning back to this resort again

Staff was friendly, however upon my arrival I had to wait for over an hour for bell boy to bring my luggage to the room. Couldn't change or leave the room until he got there. At Check-in i wasn't given all of the information about the resort. I've seen other guests walking around with a hotel representative showing them all of the amenities. I was not impressed with the buffet food, but was able to find something to eat every time. I think it's a nice resort with a lot more potential.
