Good location for what we needed. The staff are wonderful! Shopping, restaurants, taxi's and bus easily accessible. The use of swimming pool from next door is good and towels provided.

Stayed 7 days and overall was a great experience. The staff are amazing. There was a couple things in our room that were loose like the towel rack and was also missing the bedside lights. Not a big deal but would be a easy fix.

Excellent location, property and service!
This is a great location and very clean property. We stayed here for one night when we landed in Cancun and wanted a spot close & safe walking distance to a good Mexican restaurant. The front desk agent was helpful and Mario the bellman was the best! So friendly and helpful and reassured me it was safe to walk out and about with our teens. He also helped us arrange a taxi at a fair price to get to our resort the next day. Breakfast was good. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area for a day or few. AC works great too!
