Don’t expect this place to be luxurious place to stay. Good for just sleeping nothing too fancy. Bathroom was clean bed was made up appears to be clean. I would stay again if I’m staying in the city. Only downfall was the reception , they had a sign up “Back in 20 minutes” we waited for 40 minutes. Another customer attempted to speak to the front desk staff but had told the customer to wait til 2pm before they can check in and interact with the person looking after the reception. Sign should be changed to the timings you’ll return not how long you’ll be away for.

The only good thing about this property is its location as it's close to Canberra Centre. There is only one lift in the property which is quite busy and you have to wait. I stayed in a family room. There were no wardrobes. No hooks in the bathroom so you can't hang your clothes while you are taking shower. The heating is controlled by the reception and when we checked in, the room was very cold. You have no control over heating/cooling. Cutlery provided in the main kitchen was oily, perhaps not properly cleaned. No free parking around the property. I had to struggle finding a parking as I had to stay for 2 nights. I won't recommend the property for a family stay.

Liked the price and location. Would be good to have accessible parking, even at a cost. No hairdryer in the room, would suggest at least installing one in the shared bathrooms. Felt insecure using the kettle and mugs in the room.

A middle age man with grey and white hair is in the same room with me. When he slept, he didn't turn off the bedlight. What's worse, he woke up about 1.5h a time after midnight. In the morning, he just draw the curtains, tidy his things and makes such a noise at about 7 maybe, while others were still sleeping. Really bad sleep for a few days. He messes up everyone in the room except himself. Why don't the reception separate the old man with young one?
