The staff were lovely. The hotel is nice but the rooms are a little run down. The carpet in our room was stained and the large glass windows looking over the front of the hotel were smeared in greasy hand marks. The bathroom was clean. Parking was easy, but there is a charge of $25 per vehicle per night.

Very well located on Canberra Ave, with Parliament house a short walk to the west, and Manuka Oval a five minute walk to the east. Plenty of eating out options on the nearby Kingston foreshore. The bar had an intimate feel even though it was located in an atrium, and the staff were attentive. The room was clean, spacey and functional, though the wardrobe units look a bit dated and in need of a refurb. Overall my stay was a comfortable and busy one, in a location that was easy to the major attractions.

Friendly and respectful staff. Beautiful place. Few downfalls would be the carpet, no bath robes or slippers. No instructions for the facilities, eg pool, sauna, gym. But overall happy with the experience.
