Quick check-in. Booked and paid through Hotels.com / Expedia, but Rydges also charged the credit card. Had to call to request a refund. As a big plus guests can turn off the reverse cycle heating.

Great service - room was clean and tidy. Just a couple of things: no hand soap on arrival but it was there after room serviced next day. Also in a room with 2 double beds and booked for 4 people- 2 adults, 2 kids- it would have been a much more comfortable experience if there had been at least one extra bedside table. There was only one.

Great, centrally located property, near terrific shops for All your needs. Marvellous staff & facilities, but remember to bring your AC / USB charger plug as older power points( surprisingly for me) dont have updated USB ported option. Used the back of the TV ...but only small complaint! Thanks.
