Friendly staff on arrival. Explained everything we needed to know. Room was clean, bed was awesome-so comfortable. Location was very convenient. The only downside is the lack of onsite parking, but that’s ok as there is plenty on the street. As Canberra is a place we frequently visit we will stay here again.

Told no room upgrade to find our room had no sleep for 3rd person or room for extra bed. Told they could upgrade us! Also told us not to use Expedia as misleading when booking for 3 people the room does not in fact have enough room for 3 people!!

Good location, a short walk from Braddon's shops and bars. The room is comfortableand well equipped but the cleaning is not to a high standard, there were long hairs around the sink and grubby marks on the toilet wall. Parking is a bit limited. The rooms do not include free bottled water but you can purchase downstairs. The free hotel Wifi is useless, very week signal and very slow - very frustrating for a business traveller. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I thought I'd use search parameters on Expedia to find a room near Canberra convention centre - nowhere near it. The hotel was good but there is nothing walkable nearby for food etc

Insulation betweens rooms are not soundproof, dated furnitures but still okay. I stayed in King Suite room before was better. Staff was nice allowing me for early check-in on 11am.

Property was well maintained, with amenities such as pools and a gym. However there is limited parking especially when there are events held at the conference room, overflow parking is also close and road side parking is very limited.

Welcoming staff and easy check in. Room was clean and crisp bedsheets and pillow cases. Room air condition works well to adjust the temperature. My only criticism to this hotel is not having enough car spaces, had difficulty finding a space to park my car arriving late.
