This modern and tastefully decorated condo offers endless opportunities to relax, reconnect, and take in the breathtaking views of Canandaigua Lake on your very own private balcony. Regardless of the time of year you choose to visit, you will have unlimited ways to use each day, including hiking, lake fun, and city exploration! You can also take advantage of the nearby skiing at Bristol Mountain.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by neutral tones of grey and white that will put you at ease in no time. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to stay home for meals and reminisce with loved ones over your favorite cuisine. Located on the southwest side of the lake, this home boasts unbeatable sunset views, a warming fireplace to cozy up beside with a cup of cocoa, board games, and all the modern conveniences such as free WiFi and a smart TV to stream favorite movies or share favorite memories on social media.

- Town of South Bristol Good Neighbor statement:
(a) That the short-term rental is in a residential area in the Town of South Bristol and that tenants shall be courteous and respectful of the property and privacy rights of the residents of neighboring houses and properties;
(b) A statement that tenants and guests must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in Chapter 113 of the Code of the Town of South Bristol;
(c) All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law § 240.20 or any successor statute
regarding disorderly conduct;
(d) A statement that littering is illegal;
(e) A statement that all fires must be attended;
(f) A statement that there shall be no use of, or trespass upon, lands of neighboring houses or properties for any purpose at any time;
(g) That the use of fireworks and firecrackers of any kind are prohibited on the rental unit property; and
(h) That no recreational vehicles, travel trailers, tents, or other temporary shelters shall be used in conjunction with a short-term rental unit to house guests, tenants, or other individuals on the premises.

Wonderful Condo
Great first time visit to Canandaigua. The condo was amazing and just like the pics. Well appointed and beautiful views of the lake from both balconies. And the smart tv didn't hurt either! Would highly recommend staying here.

Million Dollar View
The location of property was excellent. The condo is a little tired in some places. Kitchen table all scratched and needs to be painted or replaced. pair of socks and dirty sink plug in bathroom cupboard. Cupboards and closets a mess. Blinds broken and in need of replacement. Needs a little loving care and could be wonderful.

Magnificent View Front, Unacceptable View Back
Lovely space with a gorgeous lake view in the front and an appalling view of a construction dumping ground from the 2nd bedroom. Management company, Vacasa, was useless. The garbage disposal did not work and they never came to fix it despite saying that they would. Two calls from us, no action on their part.

Enjoyed our week stay. 2 level townhome literally right on Canandaigua Lake. Very quiet when we were there in early November. Stunning views. Covered parking was a plus. Too many wineries to count within an hour drive.

Great Location
The property is in a great location. It needs a little updating, we had a problem with the TV remote downstairs that was never replaced and a bad leak by the kitchen during a thunderstorm. Overall a good place for a family vacation but needs a little attention.

Very nice, but.....
The place looks just like the photos and had a beautiful view. Very clean and cozy. The reason for "but" is because there were little details that added up. Finishes and supplies were lower end and lacking. If you are planning on cooking, bring your own supplies. No measuring spoons or cups, no tupperware, foil or plastic wrap, etc. The paper towels, toilet paper and bath towels were cheap and scratchy, kitchen cupboard doors, barstools were wobbly. Only plastic wine glasses. Blinds in bedroom were broken and that is why you want this place is for the view. All in all it is a great place with beautiful views despite minor dissappointments.

The View
This condo is all about the location. More specifically the view overlooking Canandaigua Lake. It was spectacular as advertised. Thank you for the easy communication regarding check in & check out process. We will definitely plan to come back.

Great view
We went to NY to see the fall colors. The weather didn't cooperate, but the condo was perfect for enjoying the lake view, and we were comfortable with both the size and layout of the place. Property management was responsive to questions and comments. We were very happy with our stay.

Nicely renovated property
The property had a beautiful view, with comfy furniture, and it was also very clean. However, there were several items in disrepair. The blinds were in bad shape, the kitchen had a couple of droopy cabinet doors, and porch screens had holes in them. Also, when we were there, there was no way to get down to the waterfront as the elevator was broken, and the steps were blocked off. It would be nice to have some written info for guests about how to get down to the water.
