Otel yeni restore edilmiş belli tasarım olarak güzel. Temiz bir otel yatak banyo falan yeteri kadar temizdi fakat odada bir oturma grubu gibi bişey yoktu.kettle bardak yoktu. Bi sabundur şampuandır bişey koymamışlardı o yönden ufak tefek eksikleri vardı. Kahvaltıdan beklentiyi düşük tutarsanız idare eder bir kahvaltısı vardı çeşidi çok tutmaya çalışmışlar fakat peynirdir zeytindir kalitesi düşüktü ama aç kalmazsınız. Biz sadece 1 gece kaldığımız için bizi tatmin etti.

Oda, yüzey temizliğinde kullanılan temizlik ürünü ve paspas sebebiyle aşırı derecede kötü kokuyordu. Dolaşmak için çıkarken balkon kapısı ve camı açık bırakmamıza rağmen 4 saat sonra döndüğümüzde halen aynı şekilde kokmaktaydı. Resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde kat görevlerinin çıktığını oda yüzeyinin yeniden silinemeyeceğini söylediler. Odaya gelip Yumoş oda kokusu sıkıp gittiler. Biz de 1 gece sabrettik bu kokuya. Temizlik konusunda müşterilerin talepleri karşılanmalı diye düşünüyorum.

Öncelikle otelin Çanakkale merkeze yakın olması en büyük avantajı, bir de kahvaltısı güzeldi. Gelelim eksilere, Akşama kadar ailecek gezeriz sadece yatmaya kalırız dediğimiz, ne ile karşılaşacağımı bilerek aldığım otel benim beklentilerimin de altında kaldı maalesef. özellikle otopark sorunu otelin kendine ait bir otoparkı olmaması, aracınızı park edecek bir yer bulamama özellikle biz gibi çocuklu ailelerde sorun. odada verilen ranzanın çocuklara uygun olmaması ve odayı nefes alamayacak şekilde daraltması en büyük dezavantajı. Birde burdan oteli aldıktan sonra oteli arayıp teyit alınız. Ben almama rağmen Girişte gözükmediğini söylediler… otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar.

Oda çok küçüktü ve duvar yalıtımları hiç yoktu. Karşı odada telefon konuşmalarını çok rahat senin odanda duyabiliyorsun. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi ancak oteli beğenmedim. Umarım eksikler biran önce tamamlanır.

Valesiz otopark yazmasına ragmen otele gittigimize otoparkın olmadığını öğrendik. 1km uzaklıktan bavul taşıdık. Bunun dışında asgari standartlarda vasat bir otel. Tek özelliği merkezde olması. Istedikleri ucretin baska bir karşılığı yok.
