While the check in process we gave the sign at 13:30 but after 14:20 we move on our schedule and live the hotel even check in. If you do not get your room do not give a sign for check in. But room is nice new and nice architectural design. We take the bosphorus side and the view was awesome. We like everything without reception. No Dr no nurse no medicine. This size of hotel needs them. We need 1 minoset can not find in Kolin Hotel

Hotel's location was very convenient, very close to the center, malls and cafes around. Pool and spa Facilities were very good as well. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Staff was very friendly. Good choice for families with kids.
