Fantasic staff and very nice location
The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel. The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good.

Tivemos uma boa experiência, tem uma vista linda da varanda e da área de café, porém o preço foi muito alto para a propriedade. O quarto é confortável, mas o aquecedor é portatil e a única tomada compatível ficava no banheiro. O café da manhã é razoável, a sanduicheira estava muito suja e não tinha pão de queijo.

Péssima experiência .... banheiro mofado, banho ou é água pelando ou gelada ... reclamei e me informaram que "desculpe mas a água fria rouba pressão da quente" e não há o que fazer ... limpeza ruim fios de cabelo espalhados pelo banheiro ... café da manhã fraco ... água da hidromassagem fedida ... pelo que oferecem diária de 200,00 seria caro ... não recomendo péssimo hotel e a localização tbm é horrível muito fora da cidade

Pousada de modo geral razoável! As pessoas são bem educadas, café da manhã apesar de poucas opções atende bem! Minha pior avaliação fica pro quarto! Não há ar condicionado, nem sequer ventilador… ou seja, não há nenhum tipo de ventilação no quarto, no meio da madrugada tivemos que abrir a janela pra entrar ar. Vc precisa decidir se fica no quarto abafado ou divide o quarto com os bichos que entram. Não é pq estamos em Campos do Jordão que o quarto não precisa ter ventilação.
