Excelente casa, aconchegante, ambiente familiar, tranquila, limpa. O Waze ou o Google Maps não indica o local corretamente, mas é só seguir em frente mais uns 3 minutos.

Casa muito boa, muito bem equipada , cozinha com muitos utensílios, a sala de jantar tem uma janela que que da vista para a floresta ,um super aquecedor no quarto , realmente muito boa! Ponto negativo é que falta um pouco de armários , existe o armário mas fica trancado pois acredito que os proprietários guardam itens pessoais neles, como estamos só em dois não houve problemas mas se estivéssemos ocupando os três quartos faria falta, o chão dos quartos são de carpete , eu sou muito alérgico e confesso que não espirrei nem uma vez , mesmo não gostando de carpete ele estava super limpo e sem cheiro!! Voltaria com certeza nessa casa!!!

Perfeita! A Casa possui tudo que é necessário, muito limpa, e organizada. Pertinho e de fácil acesso ao centro de Capivari. Condomínio tranquilo com funcionários ótimos. Uma graça!! Casa realmente como descrita, tudo funcionando; em relação a limpeza, creio que em alguns cômodos deixou a desejar. Para quem gosta de tranquilidade e sossego é perfeita. Um pouco distante do centro e algumas partes da estrada são meio esburacadas.

Eu e minha familia estivemos hospedados neste imóvel, no inicio do mês de agosto, e adoramos tudo. a casa é perfeita. As fotos condiz com a realidade. tem todos os utensílios que poderíamos precisar. Tem aquecedores, embora não os utilizamos. O imóvel é lindo, tudo limpo, com uma decoração espetacular. A proprietária é muito atenciosa.
