Pulizia e servizi in comune con cucina, lavastoviglie e frigo in comune e anche frigo in camera ben fornito bibite e spumante a pagamento. Vicinanza a supermercato e pizza a taglio vicinissimi. Parcheggio sotto in strada. Unico problema una piccola rampa di scale da fare con valigie perché non ha ascensore. Piano terra rialzato livello strada. Internet wifi gratuito stabile. Zanzariera alla finestra ottima. Grazie.
