Basic amenities NOT provided such as linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and heating. None of this was mentioned in the details when booking on Expedia/vrbo. We suspected this 2 days before our stay and contacted the host to provide some of those amenities or refund as we have little kids. None of this happened and as tourists in a remote and super cold place, this was the worst experience one could imagine. We couldn’t cancel as we paid a lot of money to stay in the “spectacular villa” and had to buy everything we can get without knowing how to speak Portuguese. The villa is nice on the outside, although very outdated and with mold in the bathrooms. You have to bring the basic requirements of a camping stay like a sleeping bag, fire to make it warm, you get the idea, it’s pretty bad and not recommended at all.

Casa legal, caseiro esforçado, mas dono ausente
A conversa com o host é bem complicada, demoram dias para responder e algumas perguntas foram respondidas de forma errada... perguntamos se tinham papel higiênico, travesseiro, sacos de lixo e tudo foi nos dito que sim, mas ao chegar tivemos diversas surpresas... A casa é bonita, mas precisa de manutenção, é perceptível o cheiro de mofo dentro da casa principal, as paredes descascando e a entrada está com uma valeta bem grande, o carro de um amigo nosso quase não consegue sair da casa por conta disso... Enfim, não ia escrever nada aqui, mas como o dono literalmente não liga pra quem aluga a casa dele, só me restou escrever aqui.

A casa é exatamente conforme o anúncio. Muito bem localizada perto de São Paulo, em uma região bem tranquila. Tem todos os itens necessários de cozinha e etc. O proprietário foi rápido para responder, super solícito. O caseiro João é um amor de pessoa, e foi super prestativo com o grupo. O único ponto que ressalto no comentário é a limpeza/condição da casa anexa, que é super úmida e por isso tinha um forte cheiro de mofo. Além disso, contava com teias de aranha espalhadas no teto, e alguns móveis com cupins. A propriedade como um todo é incrível, a casa principal é ótima! Só fica o ponto de melhoria da casa anexa :)

AGRADÁVEL, MAS A NOITE DEIXA A DESEJAR
Os quartos de casais estavam OK, porem os demais, com colchão mto velhos e mtos impossível de dormir. No local nao tem absolutamente nada, nem um papel higiênico nos banheiros, detergente, pano de prato, etc... absolutamente nada, então quem for se hospedar, prepare-se para levar tudo. Em resumo é lugar agradável para passar o dia, porem a noite não.

Muito funcional, todos adoraram a jacuzzi. Ótima área de convivência.
A estadia foi muito boa, seria ainda melhor se houvesse roupas de cama disponível, porém isso já havia sido comunicado antes, logo não é um problema, apenas uma sugestão. Achei que tinha pouco utensílio de cozinha disponível, precisamos de mais panelas e pratos.

O imóvel era bastante fiel às fotos e às descrições. O caseiro, Sr. João, foi solicito desde o momento de nossa chegada e foi tudo bastante fácil. Não fomos até a cidade, mas o sítio fica a aproximadamente 1 hora da Zona Leste de São Paulo. Com certeza, nosso grupo de amigos se hospedaria de novo.
