The hotel is part of a complex of several hotels (>5) dedicated to serve businesses! The room was good but too small, including the beds. Breakfast was served as a compliment and was good. Vicinity is poorly maintained and there is trash and poorly maintained areas.

The stay was horrible. They do not have any kinda facilities. The room was ugly, the toilet was not functioning properly. We requested a room change . But our request was denied. When you call the front desk, no one picks the call up. I requested ice, i did not receive, I requested extra glass, i did not receive. No one should stay there for this kinda experience.

A experiência foi ruim, ficamos alocados em um quarto adaptado e não teria nenhum problema se fosse avisado antes, o banheiro por não ter box alaga todo, o que se torna um incoveniente, além disso o ar condicionado não estava gelando também, quando informamos o problema mandaram técnico para verificar e o próprio técnico disse que o ar estava com problemas de não gelar desde alguns dias, dito isso solicitei a troca de quarto e a recepção só lamentou e disse que o hotel estava cheio e nada poderia ser feito, péssima experiência.

Banheiro mau projetado
Nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado para deficiente físico, com isso algumas questão como posição da cama ficaram desconfortáveis. Além disso o sistema de vedação da água da área do box para o restando do banheiro era extremamente mau projetado, ou seja, o banheiro literalmente ficou alagado após o banho, sem condições de uso. Além disso não gosto e não acho junto se disponibilizado um quarto adaptado para que não precisa, e de chega um hospede que realmente precisa como eles fazem? Isso para mim é um desrespeito com ambos os hóspedes.

Atendimento aquém da média. 1. Tive que pedir 3 x para limparem o quarto, realizada depois de quase 4h da primeira solicitação. 2. Atendimento no estacionamento confuso e demorado: por diversas vezes tive problema para poder sair. Sem contar a demora. Ressalto que é pago. 3. Não tive nenhum auxílio para desembarcar minhas bagagens. Eu tive que pegar o carrinho de transporte e levar sozinho. Haviam funcionários ociosos na recepção e ninguém se prontificou em ajudar. Esperava mais para um hotel deste valor, localização e nível.
