Fiquei um tempo sem me hospedar nesse hotel, para minha surpresa estava um pouco mais apresentada a recepção, porém ao solicitar uma recolocação de quarto pela localidade que estava a gerente (nova) ja disse de pronto que não poderia acatar pois eu não tinha solicitado na reserva. Além disso em pleno inverno falta de água quente nas duas manhãs e no dia do check-in.

Viagem curta de 2 dias, a serviço. Atendimento na recepção é bom. Restaurante (terceirizado) poderia ter um serviço melhor, com colaboradores melhor treinados/ orientados para atendimento ao público, mostrando que o gerenciamento do negócio é insatisfatório. O banheiro apresentava odor forte, que desaparecia somente quando ligado o exaustor.
