The apartment was renovated in May 2015, completely new, located on the ground floor
Our apartment consists of a large room with double bed and a bunk bed, sofa bed ,, pranzabile kitchen with utility room and a bathroom with shower, for a total of about 55 square meters. Also from the bedroom window door you can enter a small open area where you can dine in total peace of mind with a table and chairs where you can stretch the cloths. Our apartment, nicely furnished, and great attention to detail, is equipped with air conditioning, heating, microwave, refrigerator, plasma TV, washing machine and 1 sofa bed.
And 'This is ample free parking at 50 meters to park their cars.
A few meters away there are bars, newsstands, grocery, restaurant / pizzeria, a park with tennis concrete soccer.
Ideal for spa stays, being very close to Baratti, Follonica, San Vincenzo, Piombino. Archaeological sites of Baratti and Populonia, medieval villages of Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, thermal baths and Calidario.

Soggiorno rilassante e piacevole.
Un grazioso appartamento in una piccola frazione di Campiglia Marittima. Ben ristrutturato e ben tenuto. Ottima la pulizia. La zona è tranquilla e in posizione strategica in pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiagge, le terme di Venturina e alcuni borghi caratteristici (molto carino il borgo di Campiglia). Di fianco all'appartamento si trova un bar, un negozio di alimentari e un ristorante. Per la "vita serale" bisogna spostarsi di qualche chilometro. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile.

Bellissima casa e ottima posizione
Casa bellissima, nuova, vicina a ristornate pizzeria, negozio di alimentari e bar.. a 10/15 minuti da tutte le spiagge più belle comodissime da raggiungere! Proprietario gentile e disponibile! Consigliatissima!

Tutto ok ma....
Appartamento molto carino e pulito.
Peccato che dia direttamente sulla strada;grazie però al condizionatore si possono tenere le finestre chiuse e risolvere in parte il "problema".
Comunque in una ventina di metri quadrati bar,alimentari e risto/pizzeria ottimi. Consigliato.

Soggiorno molto piacevole
Appartamento carino,accogliente e soprattutto pulito.proprietari gentilissimi,premurosi e simpatici.zona tranquilla a pochi km da spiagge di sabbia finissima,ideale per i bambini,e da centri storici incredibilmente belli.
Zona ideale per conciliare mare,cultura e tranquillità.
Consigliatissimo!
