Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughtout my stay.The room was good, bed was comfy (king). The breakfast was pretty good. They were out of eggs and hashbrowns but there was bacon. I would stay here again

Booked through Expedia at rate 280/night. Checked rate the night before for same room 220/night told management they said basically nothing. Doesn’t sit well with me. Power went out first night for 12 hours - not their fault but pretty much staff disappeared and were not super helpful.

I loved that my daughter and I could just relax. We could walk to dinner or order in. The room was small but it was fine. I loved the shampoo and conditioner brand. We chose not to do the breakfast but I am sure it was lovely. Will be back for sure

Efficient, friendly check in staff member. He recognized I was in a cast and on crutches, and provided us a room with elevator access. I would stay at this property again if ever are passing through Campbell River again

The Location is not bad but there were some things that I didn't like. For one the privacy curtains in the room had substantial tears in the fabric. The bathroom was very small. A king size bed with queen size pillows. When the housekeeper made up the room rather she didn't replace dirty glasses and coffee cups. The complimentary bathrobes and towels were very rough, a little fabric softener would go a long way. The dining facilities are closed on the weekend due to a shortage of staff. The breakfast on our second morning looked and tasted like leftovers from the first morning - or it just wasn't fresh. Over all the property was clean as was the room. But based on the above I would say it was overpriced.

No elevator and terrible mattress
No elevator, this was not clear when I booked the room. I have mobility challenges. When I pointed this out i was not offered a first floor or tower room (where there was an elevator) or even help to get my luggage to my room. The mattress was way too soft and I was in extreme pain from sleeping on it by the end of my trip. The room was decent, staff were polite and helpful (aside from checkin as described above).

Very small health center
Staff was friendly and helpful rooms where clean beds where comfortable In our room curtains where ripped need some updates The health center is a joke 3 different exercise machines and the hottub is very small fits 3 max 4 peoples and it was not hot just warm Breakfast was good
