Located directly on the 14th fairway of a spectacular golf course, this gorgeous villa is the perfect host for your upcoming vacation or golf getaway to the scenic Lake of the Ozarks. Housed within the Old Kinderhook Resort, guests of this home will not only have access to the namesake course designed by golf legend Tom Weiskopf and offering challenging fairways surrounded by lush native greenery, but additional onsite amenities that are certain to fill every day with excitement and adventure. You’ll be right next door to one of the community’s sparkling pools for hours of swimming and soaking up the summer sun, or you can take a short stroll down the drive to discover the lake, lodge, pro shop, and restaurants. There’s even a seasonal ice rink and holiday village providing fun for the whole family. But we’re not done yet! Work up a sweat at the gym or on the tennis court, afterward enjoying a well-earned massage or other treatment at the onsite spa. The Trophy room is the resort’s premier restaurant, serving up delicious dinner and drinks with 2 outdoor firepits keeping you cozy all year round. For more quick or casual dining, check out the Hook Café or the Cabana Bar. With so much to see and do, you’ll be happy to have Fairway to Heaven to return to after long days to relax and recharge.

On the home’s main level, the living room offers plentiful sofa seating surrounding an electric fireplace and mounted smart TV, the perfect place to stream a sports game or episodes of your favorite show. The open floorplan seamlessly blends this space with the kitchen and dining areas, creating a hub for entertainment and connectivity. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and warm cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware to fulfill all your dining needs.
