Situated in downtown Camden overlooking the scenic harbor, this triplex is steps away from historic Harbor Park & Amphitheatre, and just a block away from the shops, galleries, and award-winning restaurants of downtown Camden.

This recently renovated vacation home is a top-notch choice and a great place to call home while you explore all that Mid-Coast Maine has to offer. Go for a hike in the nearby state park, a kayak tour or schooner trip in Camden Harbor, or take a day trip to Acadia National Park. The area is surrounded by scenic beauty and outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Both floors of this house offer separate living room/kitchen/dining setups, making this an ideal vacation rental for two families traveling together. Each floor is a self-contained home that sleeps four, and the attached studio in the back sleeps two. Please note: only this lower-level home includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and oven; the second-floor home and studio feature kitchenettes with stovetops only.

The three vacation rentals that comprise this property can be rented separately or together. This vacation rental only includes the lower-level home.

This is a seven-night minimum stay rental.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
