The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Incrível!!! Um atendimento excelente, funcionários muito prestativos e solicitos. O café da manhã bem variado e gostoso, tudo fresquinho. A vista para a floresta linda e um bosque bem iluminado e aconchegante nas noite frias. Recebemos mimos de chocolates no quarto e kit viagem com água e docinhos antes de ir embora. Só tenho a agradecer pelo atendimento e acolhimento. Já com saudades.

MARAVILHOSA! Acho que nunca fui tão bem recebida em um hotel! Desde a hora que cheguei até a hora de ir embora.
