)Began stay with very bad room (303 dirty, hot, no shelves in cupboard or even a chest of draws for a 3 night stay. Complained and got moved to a better room but still not great. Can only describe as tired. Service was very poor … no bar service during day in hotel or around pool.

Weekend di relax. La struttura è molto bella e spaziosa ed il personale molto gentile. Due punti sono secondo me da migliorare: il ristorante per la cena ( assolutamente non da hotel 5 stelle) e l’afflusso alla zona termale ( ci sono veramente troppe persone ed il rischio è che il relax si trasformi in frenesia

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde un'oasi di pace. Standard elevati di qualità sia per quanto riguarda le camere che i servizi proposti. Colazione eccellente personale gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. E' già la seconda volta che soggiorno alle QC di Desenzano e la qualità migliora di volta in volta. Ci tornerò quanto prima! Giudizi e stelle meritatissimi !!!!
