Welcome to ‘Le Mouillage’: you'll feel right at home here! This flat is the perfect place to share good times!
This magnificent penthouse is located in the commune of Calodyne: a privileged, quiet location far from the hustle and bustle of Grand Baie but close to everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
👙🌴: a beautifully renovated private terrace with everything you need to relax: small infinity pool, sun loungers, parasol, seating area, dining area, weber gas barbecue and all with a just incredible view over the lagoon. Imagine waking up early in the morning and drinking your coffee with the birds singing in the background and this view! What a delight!
🍽️ : Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in this large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need: fridge, induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, various dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils and much more.
And for your breakfasts, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a Nespresso are at your disposal.

- 7 min by car to Cap Malheureux and its famous red-roofed church, with a breathtaking view of the Coin de Mire and the Iles du Nord.

- 25/30 minutes by car from the very large beach of Mont Choisy, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports and numerous little ‘cahutes’ for eating out.
- A 25/30-minute drive from the Mont Choisy golf course.
OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE
* Car hire is highly recommended for your independence and freedom of movement. No bus stop nearby. A few daytime taxis 5 minutes' walk away to Hôtel le Zilwa.
* Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided - Excluding beach towels.
* A full housekeeping service is provided every 7 nights or so (cleaning + change of towels and sheets). It starts at 9am.
* Cleaning on departure is included in the price. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
* The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week.
* Apartment not equipped or secured for children: they are your sole responsibility.
* Smoking only outside
* We can help you book transfers and/or car hire.
* If you arrive on an early morning flight or leave on a late flight, we recommend that you book an extra night for your comfort. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you outside check-in and check-out times.
INTERNAL RULES
To ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please read the house rules before booking:
1/ Obligation to occupy the premises personally and to live in them responsibly, as a ‘bon-père de famille’.
2/ No extra people or pets.
3/ The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
4/ Any breakage, loss or damage must be reported to us immediately and must be replaced at your expense before your departure.
5/ Welcome products: on arrival, you will be given a few welcome products to get your stay off to a good start. It is then up to you to buy what you need: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, bin liners, etc.
6/ Pests: because of the tropical climate, some pests (insects and others) may be present.
7/ Personal belongings: once you have the keys, it is your responsibility to ensure that all openings (windows, bay windows and front door) are locked when you leave the accommodation. The Owner cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or theft during your stay.
8/ Swimming pools: no alarm or barrier. You will be solely responsible in the event of personal injury or negligence or lack of supervision on your part.
9/ You may not object to a visit to the premises if we ask you to do so.
10/ On arrival, we will check the person's identity (passport) to ensure that it is the same person who made the booking.
11/ In the event of early termination of the stay by the Tenant, no refund will be made.
12/ The rules of life of the co-ownership must be respected.
