For a last minute booking for World Cup Finals, this was perfectly fine. 30-35 mins to MIR. The front desk was extremely helpful after I found out somebody was getting in late & I needed to leave a key to the room for that person. They were always friends. They also changed the hours of the continental breakfast to earlier to accommodate those who were there for the race weekend. I travel A LOT. Not all last min bookings are so nice in general hotel/ motel locations.

The location us good for me. Close to many restaurants. I was surprised they didn't have simple room service during my stay, i.e., making bed and some clean towels. I had made the mistake of throwing my towels on the floor.

Positives: loved the hotel, very clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice, breakfast was good-Allen who provided breakfast each morning was awesome, friendly and a hard worker. Negative: you have to sign up on an app to watch t.v. The app is not free but we got around that by signing up for a free trial. Way too much work and hassle to be able to watch some t,v.

Property appeared to be recently upgraded and well maintained. The only problem I had was that my first room had a toilet leak and the bathroom floor was wet and smelled terrible. Upon reporting this to the front desk, Heidi, immediately moved me to another room, which was in excellent condition. She acted immediately and was pleasant and efficient. She is a valuable staff member and an excellent "face" for the hotel.

After spending 2 weeks and $1500 we got put out and banned for no particular reason. They couldn’t even give us a good reason for doing so and they also charged our car $550 for a little 2” hole in the wall that we didn’t even cause. And all this after everyone in the hotel knew our situation, even the folks at the front desk, about us losing our home and everything we had to a fire and being homeless at the moment and still called the cops to make us leave with our 4 kids and didn’t have a clue why they were doing it.
