Customer service vey good. Facilities need updating. The entrance is kind of mysterious. No visible. Room smell old. Towels old, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker in room. Location is good close to restaurants and shopping mall.

I highly recommend this great cozy boutique hotel. From the central location to many great eateries and shopping all at walking distance, to the comfortable rooms, and super cozy layout throughout the hotel and the delicious breakfast that is included. But the best part was the staff☺️☺️!! Always helpful, and very friendly which had a way of making you feel like home. Nestor, Cesar, Diana, Jes, and Merley (1 and 2) thank you for everything!!! Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately felt racism while staying here. I wanted to extend my stay one more day and I was informed that they didn’t have any room available but when I went online to see if this was true they had room available. Never again will I stay there. If you are black this is not the place for you.
