Everything was as advertised! Kitchen was could use a couple basic things, would have loved some smaller measuring cups. Maybe a little more direction on finding the parking garage - but this was also partially on me - I tried 2 before finding the right one after driving around the block.

We had a great stay at this location. The host was super communicative and very gracious with our check-in as we were carting two kids under 3 with us. The rooms are a bit warm, but otherwise it was a very comfortable place.

Everything was as shown in the listing! It was clean, furniture and supplies were in very good condition, and check in was easy. The neighbourhood was nice, too, with lots of things we needed within easy walking distance. The underground parking was a nice bonus.

Ground floor apartment extremely hot in summer
This is a ground floor apartment and, while very clean and well kept with good amenities, gets extremely hot in the summertime. There is no central air - only a few fans (which don't work great). Because it's a ground floor apartment, it's not ideal to leave windows open in the evening given the foot traffic around the building (and hanging out in the alleyway right outside the apartment). We decided to end our stay early because of this - the apartment was about 27 degrees overnight. Host is very nice and this place would be great at a different time of year - just not ideal in the heat of summertime. The host is very nice and I'd rent from him again

Nice condo with good communication
The interior of the property was as nice as described. The proximity to downtown was perfect. The one issue was the people that patronized the neighboring cannabis shop would sometimes loiter on the concrete retaining wall that was connected to our ground floor patio. It was a bit unsettling and made it impossible to utilize that space.

Great location and unit
This unit was great! The location is close to lots of downtown and grocery/liquor/coffee stores. Bonus points for undergrojnd parking if you need a car as the street has a time limit. Unit was clean and spacious - more than enough room for 4 people and 6 if necessary. Host communication was great - we had a super late check in and paul had no problem with it. Building is secure and quiet! Only hiccup was the wifi didnt work great but we visited between snow storms.

A nice, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. Underground parking was a nice bonus. The area would be very nice in the summer though we didn’t really have much time to explore. Paul was very responsive to any questions.
