We didn't like basement room my daughter was cryed because we booked a hotel for her on birthday and thanks to the front desk lady she give us better room. And the bed was not comfortable

Intercontinental breakfast was a 1 out of 10. Very surprising as I expected more from Wyndham. It was extremely disappointing. Nothing was fresh. Nothing. Even the berries were frozen. The room was good but bathroom could be better. The commod was rusted in some places. The water for shower wasn't hot enough. So shower wasn't great. The lady working in the food area wasn't aware of what was getting stocked out in the breakfast area unless someone had to tell her. Sandwiches were out of stock and a lot of people had missed out on it. There were restaurants and groceries nearby so that was a convenience. Overall, improvement required.
