It has a very small entry & lobby area- seems like a converted apartment. The area isn't fantastic. The rooms are good though. Staff I dealt with (Elizabeth) was fantastic! She was helpful, friendly, professional.

Front desk was super nice. Our beds were comfortable. Bedding nice and lots of towels. Building needs maintenance-water was leaking down the elevator shaft and into the elevator. The walls and curtains in the living room of our suite were so dirty. Looked like a crime scene.

Being close to the river also meant being close to the homeless camps. Fine during the day but not so great after dark. Hotel itself was fantastic.

The property itself is good. Very nice to have an apartment-like hotel room. The suite was clean, the only issue is the windows on the outside were filthy. The problem was the service. The front desk staff were very good, but reaching anyone at this hotel is impossible and the website is terrible for booking purposes. I tried to book directly with the hotel, but the website was extremely glitchy so I called the hotel directly to book. After 30 minutes of being on hold I hung up and booked through Expedia. Then, when my reservation was shortened I tried to call the hotel and let them know, but after waiting on hold 45 minutes I hung up. Also, one of the evenings in my room I needed ice, and there was no signage in the elevator, hallways or my room where the ice machine was. So I called the front desk, it rang busy, so I called housekeeping, and there was no answer. I tried them each a couple more times but no luck. In summary, due to the price, location and roominess of the hotel I would stay here again, but my expectations on service will be lowered as I know answering calls is not a priority of this hotel.

Easily walkable to anything your heart desires. Studio was great, worked out well when I couldn’t sleep and I could hang out in the living room while my hubs was in the bedroom. And the bidet!! Great feature!

All the Coast staff (front desk, cleaning staff, and behind the scenes staff) were very generous with their time. Their efforts to make my stay comfortable and fun, to help me find shops I wanted to visit, and to offer me a few bonus treats was greatly appreciated. There were others but I specifically want to thank Mark, Anne, Nelson, Elizavetta, Gaurven, Krista, my housekeeper and the lovely ladies in the elevator! THANK YOU.

The hotel staff were very nice and professional. We stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 11th floor. It smelled musty inside and was dated/tired. Everything was functional. I would stay here again. The price was right.

Night staff member to give me a garbage bag for ice after I asked for a replacement ice bucket as ours was dusty and sticky, there was bleach or cleaner left on the toilet seat and i subsequently ended up with a chemical burn. Night staff member didn’t seem to care or have interest in customer service We have stayed here previously and won’t be returning.
