Overall it was a great stay. The staff were fantastic, the room was a clean, and the valet parking was a wonderful addition. The only downside is that on the weekends, the ships/restaurants are closed during the day

Our room was super dirty. Clearly the carpets were not professionally cleaned in the past 10 years or so. The whole hotel looks from the 80s, no renovations at all. Super dark, you have no fridge, the coffee machine in a room for 4 had only 2 cups. You can't change your room temperature and it was really low, for our baby meant sleeping with a jacket. Also our baby was crawling in the room and his hands were black after 10 mins because of the dirt. Cherry on top is that the parking is a terrible VALET service, inconvenient with a lot of delays, basically your car won't be easily available for you. I was lucky to stay only 1 night, not coming back!
