The outside lights in the parking lot, a lot of them were out and needed to be changed and when you compare them to the other hotels to either side, those two were lit up.

Wonderful stay
Hotel and staff were wonderful and Merry all of our needs. The breakfast was ok, but wasn't as nice as other hotels. We traveled with our dog and 4 month baby and the staff were really great with helping with anything we needed. Room was everything that we needed and wanted. We would stay here again.

I give it 3 stars because of the hotel's cleanliness. I stayed at the hotel during the Thanksgiving long weekend, the floor I stayed-in was under renovations. I was literally living in the construction site. If this was previously communicated, i wouldn't stay at this hotel. Additionally, they only provide housekeeping on the 3rd day, and that mean I did not get enough supplies. There were 4 of us and we only get a little tube of shampoo and conditioner for our 3 nights stay. We only got 3 set of towels and we had to ask for extra. The hotel is showing sign of aging. So, overall, it's ok, if you look for one night stay, and assuming you can't find any other hotel. Otherwise, i would stay somewhere else.

New renovated Hotel and nice severice, friendly staffs, clean room! But Water pressure need to update. And the room I stayed can hear all noice from outsite - - kid's crying and foot steps!

Needs work!
The hotel was under construction which was fine. However we had to ask to have a lightbulb installed in a lampshade as there was none. We went an entire day without tv because housekeeping didn’t know how to program it. The tv programming had been changed and they didn’t know. Then I dropped something on the floor in the bathroom and it rolled behind the toilet and noticed about a two inch thick black rim of scum or probably mold on the underside rim of the toilet. There was also what looks like a rather large spot of green mold in the corner of the tub. Also when I booked the room a week ago I called and asked for early check in. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. Waited most of the day. Called several times only to get the room an hour early. Also asked for late check out and was told No! Had to ask for dishwasher soap when we arrived as there was none in the room. The other thing is our room did not have an ice maker in the fridge so if we wanted ice we had to ask the front desk for it. Not a big problem but when they are busy it would be easier just to have one that is convenient to use whenever we need.

The hallway was under construction/repair so it was a bit untidy, but the bed was comfy. I also wish that visa debit was more widely accepted for payment. I had the misfortune of having to cancel my credit card right before arriving so my only option was visa debit. Fortunately a family member was able to help me in that area.
