Bright and spacious 2 bed, 1 ba unit in the heart of downtown. Industrial style unit with steel framed floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to pour into the unit, as well as provide breathtaking views! What really defines this building is its location. Only a short walk to the downtown core, and within a few blocks from some of the trendiest spots - Starbucks, Ten Foot Henry, Proof, Hot Shop Yoga, Bow River, Stampede grounds and 17th Ave. This location can't be beat!

Please note this unit is located in a residential condo building. Although this will rarely happen, the condo building may experience periods of repair or maintenance in which there is a potential for water disruption, fire alarm inspection or furnace filter change. In the event this will happen, we will give as much notice as possible and will also provide water needed for your stay. Thank you for your understanding
1. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.

2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.

3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 4pm - 10pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. If you require different timing, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-in especially for midnight, we will ask for a $50 charge.

4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property

6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.

8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.

9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.

10. Intercom Rule: Please let us know ahead if you have deliveries and visitors that we need to buzz in. For security purposes, will NOT allow unauthorized buzzing. We can buzz in from 9am-10pm. After that, you will need to go down and open deliveries and visitors using your fob.

11. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.

12. Parking will be underground. The height of the parking is 6'11''. If you wish to book and your vehicle doesn't fit or is larger than the size of the parking, we suggest parking outside or using paid street parking.

13. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.

Good economical option
First off all of the good! - Check in process very detailed and easy to understand. Just make sure you read through it prior - Location was 10/10 with lost of restaurants within walking distance - Building is super secure with underground parking. - View from unit was also great of the busy area. Nice to people watch! No really bad items but things for others to have a heads up on. - Unit needs to have some maintenance and upkeep done on it. General stuff nothing malfunctioning - If you are planning on cooking during your stay, the items in the suite are as basic as you could imagine. Bring your own knife to prep as the provided ones are well used and dull. - The bed is a very stiff foam mattress. Not for us but it’s great if you would like a stiff bed. - Could really use a new set of pillows. Provided ones are well used. All in all the unit was good for the price! Would we stay again, no but that’s just based on the bed preference and that alone. Not because of anything that was terrible. If you don’t care about a softer bed and will be eating out, book it now!

Great Stay in Downtown Calgary!
I recently stayed at this condo in downtown Calgary, and it was a solid experience. The place was as shown in the photos—clean and comfortable. It offered everything I needed for a short getaway. Melissa was a fantastic host! She was a great communicator and was always on top of everything, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in Calgary!

The condo is in the perfect spot for a very enjoyable stay in downtown Calgary. Steps to many restaurants and shops. An easy walk to Core Mall shopping, and entertainment district.

Great location
We stayed here to be close to the stampede ground and it was fantastic. We could all have our own space and it was only a 10 minute walk to stampede. Plus there is a Starbucks right across the street!
