We stayed at this basement suite when we were in the city for medical appointments. It was a nice quiet & spacious escape between appointments. Hosts were easy to reach and check in/check out was easy. Great extra amenities & nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Calgary for Christmas
We stayed at this property over Christmas 2023. Location was great, size was great, had parking in the driveway for one car which was great, communication with the owner was easy when we had an issue with the door locking mechanism. Only negatives we could mention were the slight musty smell and the lack of a toaster(we set off the smoke alarm toasting our bread in the oven unfortunately), other than that it served us well.

PLACE TO STAY WITH ENTERTAINMENT
If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with built in entertainment this is the place. It also has two private bedrooms located at opposite ends of the basement - great for privacy. It’s close to all major routes thus making it very accessible to get anywhere in and out of Calgary. Great kitchen for making your meals. Excellent WIFI never let me down at all. The only thing I would say is don’t bring a lot stuff that needs to go into the fridge and definitely not for the freezer. As the unit only has a small bar fridge. The owners always answer your messages right away. Plus they are super friendly.

Easy check in. Clear communication prior to arrival. The suite was clean and cozy. Even had a couple little snacks on the bar at arrival. Close to convenience store, liquor store, gas station. It was a nice place to stay while visiting family in Calgary. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
