The reason I’m leaving this negative review is because disgusting blonde female receptionist at the front desk in the morning. Same individual who checked my luggage just the previous day approached me while people were having breakfast the following morning asking me to identify myself as a guest in front of 8-10 people. The other staffs were nice and polite. The facility kept clean overall. Great location too.

My Go To place to stay whenever I am in Calgary. Centrally located in East Village (right across from Studio Bell), it is very convenient to walk to the City Hall train station in 5 minutes and get to places you need to go. Friendly staff and the facilities are kept clean and well maintained. Always end up making friends at the hostel with other fellow travellers.

Stayed here in a private room for one night while visiting Calgary and it was everything I needed. Spacious room and all facilities were working. Can get a bit noisy in the evening but it wasn't a distraction. Free breakfast is a great start to the day too!

This is my third time stay at this hostel and they still keep the high standards of the facilities and the services. Wi-Fi is very good. Just the room has a bit smell because we closed the windows at night but generally I have a very good stay there.
