This spacious and cozy guesthouse is located in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood, just 4 minutes walk to LTR station, and 22 minutes from downtown by train.

A parking lot is available for our guests on the driveway in front of the house.

The access to the guesthouse is a separate sidewalk on the right side of the garage, leading through a backyard gate, then to the main door of the walkout basement with secured self checkin.

Your cozy bedroom for the stay is the second on the right after you checked in through the main door, passing the kitchen and the first room. The bathroom is opposite to your bedroom.

The backyard features a beautiful garden with a lovely patio table and chairs.

As our valued guest, you will also have access to all shared areas of the walkout basement including spacious living room and kitchen, backyard garden and the garden patio.
