The room was super clean but toiletries are poor quality. Duvets were very uncomfortable as they crackled all night like paper and were not warm and weird thin border around. We had to call in to get warm blankets in the middle of the night. Queen size bed is more like double bed size. We asked for firm mattress and we were not given firm mattress. It was very uncomfortable all night and the next morning I woke up with sore back. They definitely need to reconsider having good mattresses.

I Felt unsafe at this location. My friend and I were verbally harassed outside the elevator in the hotel we are not sure if it was another guest. He was following us around saying slurs and trying to instigate a fight. Property manager failed to follow up and check with us after the events that followed. But I did see the same person being placed in the back of a police van. Which leads me to wonder why we were never asked what happened at all. This happened on October 26 at around 5:45pm.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located. Public parking was a bit inconvenient and pricy but seems to be the standard for Calgary. Otherwise hotel was great and would stay again!
