Property parking was terrible - I have large pickup . Scary part of town too . I generally stay at comfort up by I think it’s 32nd . Lots of parking not worried about being broken into so I had to give low scores . Bad part of town and unsettled as worried about vandalism

Good place to stay if you need to be near Foothills Hospital. Lots of food options within walking distance. Clean room, comfortable. Only issue is the vending machine was not working.

Sofia the receptionist was exceptional! She helped me with my needs and sign me up for Choice membership. The room and facilities were excellent! I love waking up early for breakfast! The lady who prepare breakfast and taking care of the dining area was phenomenal! She did housekeeping of my room as well! I would love to come back again definitely!!

It was ok. The breakfast could have been better and had more variety. The room rate was more expensive online and they refused to change it. There was a team of sports players that were loud and obnoxious and the whole hotel smelled like weed.

The room itself was nice. But as soon as I walked into the first room, there was this very nasty odor. It wasn’t as bad in the 2nd room but at night I could still smell it. And then when I got home, the smell was in my clothing.

Clean enough…definitely needs a new shower head!! Mattress on my bed had a big dip in it (see pics) maybe flip the mattress? Breakfast needs to go until 10:00 not 9:30 … overall it was ok.
