Very pleasant
Pick up driver at airport was really nice. Check in staff stored my luggage while the room was prepared. I arrived very early in the morning and check in was advertised as 3 pm. I came back around noon and they had a room ready and checked me in 3 hours early. Upgraded my room. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

Very Welcoming Staff. Amazing housekeeping service. Exceptional comfort and the Jacuzzi works perfectly fine. Lots of families were staying. The pool and slides were fun and breakfast was good to for that price. Overall, I will stay again.

I booked my hotel reservation approximately 1 month prior to my stay. The week leading up to my scheduled stay (after the cancellation eligibility date had passed), the price of my reservation increased, and neither Expedia or the hotel chain could explain it. While my physical stay was still enjoyable, I will NOT be booking through Expedia again, nor will I be providing that hotel chain my business, due to their shady practice(s).

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and updated. Only suggestion I have is to add a second toaster to the breakfast area. There is only one and it caused a back up in the breakfast area as everyone was waiting their turn. I did mention it to the manager but he instantly shut down my suggestion saying there is no room for a second one. I pointed out that there are 3 cutlery and napkin stations and one of those could be removed to accommodate a second toaster. Also there is space next to the pancake machine which is located on a different counter. In all my stay was great and a second toaster is my only suggestion for improvement.

We were told after we used the pool that there is a water valve to pull to turn the waterslide on. How would a person know that? Who pulls random valves in the pool. Front desk told us to stay away from magnetics after the key cards stopped working twice. Spa tubs jets barely work. No water pressure and no consistency in the water temperature in the room showers. Tub took 5 minutes to drain after a shower. Wall paper looked so thin that most had been wiped off. Beds were like sleeping on plywood. There is a giant Esso Commercial parking lot next door so you can hear big trucks from time to time.

Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was lovely. King bed room with jetted tub and big tv were enjoyable. The hot tub was a little disappointing with no jets or pool towels. Looked dirty but the cement was just stained so we went for it and didn’t get dead. Not the best place for walking around to grab a bite. But can Uber or drive or order food to room. Overall pleased.
